Personal Data Protection
According to the EU Regulation (EU) 2016/679 related to the protection of personal data, the participant’s data sent by the participant or their legal representative will be processed under the responsibility of Sheffield Centre S.L. with the purpose of managing their Language Program abroad or in Spain. The legal grounds for the processing are contractual, therefore by signing the contract the participant or their legal representative explicitly consents to the treatment of their data, which is necessary for the effectiveness of the selected Program. Thus, by signing the contract you expressly consent that the data necessary for the development of the Program will be transferred to the companies or entities collaborating with Sheffield Centre S.L. in the place or city of destination.
If you also provide us with your health information, you expressly consent to its treatment and transfer to other entities that will host you in the destination country, on the basis of the proper contractual development of the Program and because it may be necessary to protect vital interests of the participant or another natural person. On the basis of the legitimate interest of Sheffield Centre S.L. the participant or their legal representative may receive advertising and/or commercial communications from Sheffield Centre S.L. They may at any time object to the treatment of their data for this purpose. The participant or their legal representative has the right to access, rectify, suppress or delete their personal data, and to limit or oppose its treatment. These rights are detailed in the additional information on data protection available at www.sheffield.es/aviso-legal and can be requested by emailing info@losidiomas.com
In the future SC is granted permission to use all photographic, audiovisual or other materials in which the participant appears as long as there is no prior express opposition from the participant, for promotion or advertising of its programs. Likewise, we inform you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms established in the current legislation, by writing to Sheffield Centre, S.L., at the address: C/ Velázquez, 16, 28001 Madrid.
Protección de Datos Personales
De acuerdo con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 relativo a la protección de datos personales, los datos del participante enviados por el mismo o su representante legal serán tratados bajo la responsabilidad de Sheffield Centre S.L. con la finalidad de gestionar su Programa de Idiomas en el Extranjero o en España. La base legal para el tratamiento es contractual, de forma que al firmar el contrato el participante o su representante legal consiente expresamente en el tratamiento de sus datos, necesarios para la eficacia del Programa contratado. Asimismo, al firmar el contrato consiente expresamente que los datos necesarios para el desarrollo del Programa sean transferidos a las empresas o entidades colaboradoras de Sheffield Centre S.L. en el lugar o ciudad de destino.
Si también nos facilita sus datos de salud, consiente expresamente su tratamiento y transferencia a otras entidades que vayan a acogerle en el país de destino, sobre la base del adecuado desarrollo contractual del Programa y porque puede ser necesario para proteger intereses vitales del participante o de otra persona física. Sobre la base del interés legítimo de Sheffield Centre S.L. el participante o su representante legal podrán recibir publicidad y/o comunicaciones comerciales de Sheffield Centre S.L. En cualquier momento podrá oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos con dicho fin. El participante o su representante legal tienen derecho a acceder, rectificar, suprimir o portar sus datos personales, y a limitar u oponerse a su tratamiento. Se concede a SC permiso para usar en el futuro todos aquellos materiales fotográficos, audiovisuales o de otro tipo en que apareciese el participante siempre que no exista oposición expresa previa por parte del mismo, para promoción o publicidad de sus programas. Asimismo, le informamos de la posibilidad de ejercitar los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición en los términos establecidos en la legislación vigente, dirigiéndose por escrito a Sheffield Centre, S.L., en la dirección: C/ Velázquez, 16, 28001 Madrid.
